Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

The Services are provided by Cyberstream Solutions and Trading SPC (“Cyberstream”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman (Commercial Registration No. 1664225).

3. The Services

• waynak helps people discover local places, products, and service professionals, and connect with the businesses around them.
• tijariq is a business platform for small and medium businesses (point of sale, stock, books, and related tools).

We may add, change, or remove features. The Services are provided for lawful use only.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and tell us of any unauthorized use.

5. Business listings & sources

waynak’s directory includes listings drawn from public sources, licensed data providers, and information that business owners connect or provide. You acknowledge that:

• A listing is informational and is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any business.
• An unclaimed listing is source-attributed and not owner-confirmed; details may be incomplete or out of date.
• We do not invent or blend ratings, and information from a source is attributed to that source.
• Businesses may claim, correct, or request removal of their listing.

6. Claiming & managing a listing

If you represent a business, you may claim its listing and connect the business’s own accounts (such as Instagram or Facebook). By doing so, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and to connect those accounts, and that the information and content you add is accurate and does not infringe anyone’s rights. You may disconnect or request removal at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services unlawfully, or to harass, defame, or harm others;
• submit false, misleading, or infringing content, or claim a business you are not authorized to represent;
• scrape, copy, or bulk-extract the Services except as expressly permitted;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their security;
• misuse another person’s or business’s data.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, design, brands (such as “waynak” and “tijariq”), and our own content, are owned by Cyberstream and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services as intended. Third-party names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those businesses, not to imply any partnership or endorsement.

9. Third-party sources & platforms

The Services display information from, and link to, third-party sources and platforms (for example Google and Meta/Instagram). We do not control those third parties, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, and its presence does not imply our endorsement.

10. Disclaimers

The Services and all information in them are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any listing, business detail, price, or availability is accurate or current. You use the Services, and rely on any information in them, at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberstream and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cyberstream harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these terms, or content you submit or connect (including any claim that it infringes a third party’s rights or that you were not authorized to connect it).

13. Changes & termination

We may update these terms from time to time; we will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end access to the Services, or a listing, where necessary — for example for a breach of these terms or a valid legal request.

14. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. You agree that the competent courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Services, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
